SEDA is an autonomous institution registered dates back in the year 2009 under Indian Societies Act, 1860 with the Govt. of Delhi as a non-govt. social, developmental and environmental organization. The SEDA uphold the Pan-India status, thus entitled to work all over India. SEDA is privileged to have many more mandatory & necessary enrolments & affiliations such as Income Tax exemption under 80-G & 12-A, CSR-1 Certificate with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MoCA, Govt. of India), Enlisted under DARPAN with NITI Aayog, Govt. of India. We are also mentioned in an Annual Compendium of Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPRD) Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA, Govt. of India) as we are engaged for Prison reforms & correctional measures of Jail inmates.
